I want to commend you on an excellent landscaping job. As you know, we started with a blank slate and truly ended with a formal design for both back and front yards. From the very beginning of the project, you listened to our ideas and presented a plan which matched. It was a long and tedious job, that encompassed both hard, and softscapes. During the process, your employees were pleasant and left each day with a cleaned up area. Having you oversee the project made me feel comfortable. Nothing was ever overlooked.

As in all projects, changes are inevitable. Ray, you truly made that process a painless experience. I never once felt you didn't want to do the change. You made me feel every request was easily resolved with a solution.
