Dear Dave:

Just wanted to formally let you know what a beautiful transformation our backyard went through over the summer months - it is just so lovely to see so much beauty outside my kitchen window and sliding glass doors. Our backyard was truly barren with nothing but a 20" x 20" slab and a set of rotting wooden stairs down to it. We always wanted a deck to walk out onto as opposed to stairs down onto a paver patio right out from the kitchen. We researched products and companies for quite a few years. (Obviously we were in no great hurry! We met Ray Cole at the 2008 Home Show in Philadelphia and liked him immediately - got the feeling we could work well with him. Ray came out to our home, listened to our wish list and designed something he thought would fit all of the specifications that we had and that our property necessitated.

Getting to a "go" wasn't easy because of our lot and township legalities. The project was delayed enough to make us wonder if we should postpone the start until after the summer months since we spend our summers in Ocean City, and therefore wouldn't be around to oversee things. Ray assured us that he would pay close attention and so he headed the sizable project and worked closely in altering his initial designs not only to meet our particular wish list, but also to accommodate township restrictions.

The outcome is something special. It has drawn some rave reviews from all who have come to see it and many have asked us who did the work. I know two of our neighbors have become interested in backyard work with your company because of the final product. We still have some details to work out before we can call it an all-out success, but we're sure those few items are in the process of being worked out as we write this letter. Considering the amount of landscape plant matter that went in at a very hot time of the year, so far we have had to replace very few pieces. Hopefully, things will winter well!

But, the best is watching all of this beauty out back change from summer into fall - it's been a real blast! Thank you for employing talented people like Ray Cole and for following a policy of good customer service.
